Hello Eric. I have a delicate question to ask you about the tie rods of strings. What do you use on your guitars? My choice is between a 0.11 - 0.52 or 0.10 -0.46 or 0.09 - 0.46 tension gauge? I mainly play blues or chicago-blues and jazz blues fusion.

Hi Pierre! When I get the time, I plan to do a video on which strings I use and why. On my Gibson and Gibson style guitars I use 10-46. On my Strats, Teles and Rock guitars I use 9.5 - 44. On acoustics I use either 11-53 or 12- 54 depending on the guitar. On my jazz hollow body use a flat wound 11-52 set. I use a light gauge bass string set on all my basses. Since I play a lot of genres I switch guitars a lot to suit each one. Thanks for watching pal!
