No, it’s believable for Sideswipe to be such small compared to Prime and Bee. Sideswipe was just 15ft tall (Jazz sized), which is a foot shorter than Bee so it works with the LT. Also if BMB Prime is actually 30 cms tall he should scale perfectly well with 17 cms Bee and Barry, as when you convert it both are in 1/28 scale. Pics of LT Bumblebee or Barricade standing up straight along BMB Prime would help us prove it.

The scale with the oversize Prime is accurate, but the regular MPM Bee was already taller than it should've been so Sideswipe fits with that one to.

I really like this, i ordered it. But you know what? I hope Wei-jiang take the Has/Tak version and oversize that one with modifications. I think the SS version is gorgeous. And would love to see it MpM size.

The thing that disappoints me with this figure is the unpainted parts in the arms and legs, it looks like a deluxe class. It didn’t looked like that in the promo photos. Asides from that he’s very cool, I’m amazed at it's balance. And I would even say that he’s in scale.

Great review! I would have liked to see his vehicle mode next to the MPM vehicles, that's the scaling I care about the most. I was thinking of getting him but now he's gone down my priority list. The Sidearm Sideswipe he's based on transforms nice and smooth but this one looks a bit more fiddly...

The side panels on his shoulders can be rotated up to add more details to it, and not looking like just one whole rear of a car. I just got this figure and I didn't do my research. I preordered and did not realize that this is just an improved version of the Hasbro/Takara's Sidearm Sideswipe with the additional blade and added aesthetics.

The design reminds me of the RotF Sideswipe figure. I'm actually glad they didn't go with the hideous Dark of the Moon mold or the Studio Series mold. (Sorry, but I was *NOT* feeling Sideswipe as a convertible in Dark of the Moon!!)

Only problem I got with this figure are the blades. Why in gods name I'd he holding them? They should've clipped or slotted in somewhere, but he holds them like his guns. Other than that, solid stand in for an Mpm collection, the blades hold it back imo.

Yes please tune down the intro volume and up the speech volume. Impossible to watch multiple of your videos in a row because the intro gives you a heart attack 😂 and you’re off camera sometimes too Besides that I love watching your content. I recently found an oversized mpm03 bumblebee from XY Transformation(the ones who made the simplified mmp10). Looks really good from pictures and my seller told me it is well made. It's a good figure but it doesn't scale correctly with MPM toyline. Sideswipe should be taller, almost like Bumblebee. Bumblebee is 16 feet tall and Sideswipe is 15 feet tall in the movies, so they should be almost the same size.

Alvaro Ortiz upscale or down, majority of mpm wish bumblebee and barricade, now jazz.... were smaller since if we upscale Optimus... then we must upscall all 3rd party figures and the upcoming Megatron as well... it saves space and will be cheaper if we downscale the Scout figures.

I just got this figure and there are some improvemrnts actually -like the engine-looking things at the back and the side shoulder panels that can be rotated up to add details and aesthetics which Ben did not show.
