HERE ARE THE FAQ's (in case anyone needs it!) - How to avoid the 30 minute wait time / why the Black Market is no longer there? There is a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, you can avoid this by staying on the map, and then it will change every 20 minutes or so like a normal vending machine (and it is in sync with them, so you can check the time until the contents change in any other vendors). But to make this faster you could use read only farming on PC (and console kind of), but there are actually easier methods using multiplayer: 👉ULTIMATE BLACK MARKET FARM: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2PXmaSVjtSJlbM - Guns aren't on Level? Significantly lower level than you are? It's likely you don't have Mayhem Mode active! In borderlands the Tsunami is an excellent weapon, especially with Lilith, it was very difficult to obtain one for Lilith, but it was worth the effort 😁. Love the Tsunami in OG Borderlands, but my favourite was the Hellfire! Oh I miss the Hellfire, they did it dirty in BL3

So what all guns in the black market are god rolls?

Not quite, but it's really easy to farm for one. I include what's considered to be the 'god roll' stats for each weapon, to make it easier when farming, but TBH a god roll is honestly subjective, these are the stats as generally accepted, but depending on your build could be different
