Told us of being in a meeting with the cities, White mayor and a bunch of other black folks. When the white mayor offered up a much weaker plan, He said they couldn’t beat him out of that office applauding this mayor. I remember 100 years ago in Michigan, My daddy was given for the first time in the foundry where he worked for GM, The opportunity to lead black workers. It was a small group, but they were in his section and that it never happened before. My daddy was from Kansas, And he had no southern accent. I had known about this promotion or the trouble my dad had run into. Most of the men in the foundry were from the south had come up to Michigan. I learned when my dad came home talking a whole different way, That the black men who were working under him, Went and told the white man, They did not want my dad to lead them. Everybody in that foundry knew that my daddy never stayed home sick and worked harder than anybody and knew the job better than anybody and that’s why his superiors had given him that opportunity. My father told my mother how disappointed he was in the fact that the black men under him never criticize his work or his leadership, Their criticism was that he talk like a white man. The Democratic party has the most diverse membership of the two political parties in this country. I don’t count the green party because Vladimir Putin owns Jill Stein. The Democratic Party is made up of people from your neighborhood my neighborhood and everybody else is. So when people show up and tell you, the Democratic Party isn’t doing anything for them. Elect your political parties candidate to the presidency, then you have to give them the tools so they can pursue many of the policies that you have told them you want them to pursue for you. you do know how legislation gets signed into law? Somebody that you elected to Congress writes a piece of legislation and presents it to the House membership, only if it passes out of the house by a majority vote, does it go to the US Senate to repeat that process. If it passes out of the US Senate, then it goes to the president for his signature and it becomes law.. but if you are lax in your support of Democrats either the general election or the midterm elections( where generally Democrats fall off voting at least 40%) then your president gets a Congress where each party has a majority in the two houses. Which means not much gets done with regard to legislative policies. Each house has the ability to kill a bill before it gets heard before it reaches the president. In black men say Obama hasn’t done anything for us or we don’t know if Kamala is going to do anything for, the same could be ask you what if you done for the Democratic Party to make it a successful party so that it can do something for you. You cannot not vote for Democratic members running for office and expect to get your issues. Listen to or supported if we don’t have majorities in Congress. What about that doesn’t make sense. This sounds great on paper, but the issue is that these policies generally tend to have the opposite effect. Government spending increases inflation, not to mention the horrifying amount of debt we already have. The tax system was set up for people who have the means to navigate it, which means that this will not help even out the playing field between the rich and poor. Price controls never work as intended. And we have seen the effects over the last few years. Trump is more focused on less government control and letting the free market decide how things should be run (which happens to be the best condition for prosperity that we know of). I see both of their track records, and both have no shortage of blemishes. Please do research and decide for yourself. God bless you

Especially when we're talking about a man who is known known in New York for calling Forbes magazines and other outlets disguising his voice pretending to be somebody else to tell them how great he is. A man who bullied the mayor of New York to give him a half billion dollar tax abatement, which means he doesn't have to pay taxes, a half a billion dollars of a taxes when New York couldn't afford garbage removal. Oh man who not only put our country in economic demise and the whole world really, because of the whole Taj mahal thing which he was warned was not going to be able to do, but then he went on to not pay hundreds of contractors. So the plantation owners created the law that no matter what you look like if you had one drop of black blood in you, then you were black. They wrote an accompanying law that said no black person could only land. I’m pretty sure this was in Virginia and the 1700s where we got our first one drop law. By that law, and also by the acculturation of Kamala Harris and your sister, by their mother, who I am sure was mistaken for being black many time and felt the brunt of what it meant to be black in America, Kamala Harris is raised as a young black woman in this country. The democratic party is people, it is more diverse than the Republican party will ever be, but it is made up of a lot of people, many of them who have been disenfranchised by the politics of the Republican party. They join the Democratic Party, which is harder because the Democratic Party has a bunch of people who have their own issues that they want to put in the forefront. We got black folks indigenous folks Latinx folks., Asian folks, south Asian folks, gay folks, lesbian folks, trans folks, And lots of other other folks. All of these people have caucuses in the Democratic Party, and all of these people have specific issues to them specifically that they want challenged by the Democratic Party and every election.. the people in the Democratic Party, elect their leaders within the Democratic. Those leaders with the help of the members of the Democratic Party create a political platform for each election. Nobody gets left out., but you have to participate. You can demand something because of 400 years of mistreatment and not show up to work on the problem with others. You can’t sit back and participate in one election year and demand that your issues be the issues that are most important.. I have a great voting record since 1963, voting on local issues, electing, state, representatives, and electing my congressional representatives. There was a black of St. Louis back in the early 80s.. a young guy and he said that anytime a citizen came in and demanded to speak to him, he would send his secretary to look up this guy’s voting record. Not who voted for, but the fact that he voted. The fact that he or she had voted, gave them the right to come to his office and discuss issues. If they did not vote, he didn’t want to hear from them. They were shown out of the office. If they had not taken the time to participate in trying to build a government that would listen to their needs. He was not gonna give them his time.
