Do you mean the Ukraine/Isreal financial aid bill that would also allow 5-8k "adults interactions" across the border before anything would be done to slow that number down? Which means that around 2+ million adults could cross the border each year, and the federal government would not have to do a thing to stop it? Yeah, that's the "border bill" that was stopped.
