That was beautiful and powerful. I love how the ending elicited a "holy crap" reaction from me. Starts off soft and gentle, then it gets louder and louder, then gets quiet at the end, then the last one WOAH, I loved the note art tree at the end too

EDIT I'll be damned at how late it is and how I was such a nugget in reading titles rip me... Anyhow It's really really well done indeed! Well done on the velocity work, in my opinion this sounds very clean, as for advices and feedback, the balancing with melody and spam seems to be right, my advice is to pay attention that the phrases you use in funnels have the correct impact, that said, this is not really a major flaw, overall well done! EDIT 2: I found some mistakes in the transcription of the melody, those I would advice looking in to :P

Frozen Snow Productions what do you mean by 'funnels'? The original melody has that many different interpretations that it is impossible to tell what melody is the original. But the bridge is original
@FrozenSnowProductions8 жыл бұрын
HDSQ.mid Funnels is what you call certain phrases. An example of this is this: prntscr.com/dkuun7 (This is from one of my Work in Progress Black Scores)

What is that choir type sound at about 2:04 in? Is it a special patch of the soundfont? Or was it added post production?
@HDSQ8 жыл бұрын
It's chopped notes. when you play piano notes at a spacific speed, they soundl like vocals of strings and stuff. You're the first person to notice :)
@MutedTrampet8 жыл бұрын
Chopped notes? What do you mean exactly? Does this mean it wasn't actually part of the original midi? So far I haven't gotten any soundfonts to reproduce the affect :D.
@HDSQ8 жыл бұрын
Mohammed Alhajamy notes 'chopped' into 64th notes (or hemidemisemiquavers) this MIDI doesn't sound particularly great on most soundfonts, Z-Doc I soundfont works well
@MutedTrampet8 жыл бұрын
How can I get in contact with the author? It seems the ZDoc soundfonts are not public.
