He most definitely seems to be a live performer from footage I've seen. I still haven't seen him live which sucks tho. Black is stellar as a producer/emcee indeed. I feel like it adds to the quality of his work. There's no question about his beats and the way he flows on them . He probably does some or most of the scratching on his material when it's not credited otherwise too. Especially after you mentioning him on the turntables that night.He's certainly in my top 5 with Dilla, Madlib & the likes.
