A lot of talk about the lack of players yet very little mention of Ryan Poles who has not earned an extension. Also, almost every player mentioned about the Lions was drafted by Brad Holmes in his first 3 drafts. A stark contrast to the first 3 drafts of Poles.

I really like Todd Monken. Good head coach for Southern Miss 2015 C-USA coach of year, an All-American QB at Knox College, has QB coaching experience & a good OC for Buccaneers (when he called plays), Georgia when they won back to back championships & Ravens. I think his scheme would work great with Caleb. Plus he's from Wheaton, IL & his dad was a football coach for 30 years at Lake Park High & his brother is the head coach for Army. Only problem is he may curse to much for the Bears/Virginia 🙄.

Nate Davis was the start of the downfall because he wasn’t dealt with or punished, then Fluke didn’t start Tyrique after the Commanders debacle. Nate was the genesis of everything bad this season and he is a Poles product. So until Poles is gone nothing will improve

Let me tell you about Lance Briggs’s grades … The HIPOCRACY OF IT ALL. Couple games ago or maybe last game the OFFENSE puts up over 350 yards passing and he Gave them an F Against the Pack they had 150 yards passing and he gave them a C- 🤦‍♂️🤣

Ok I kept watching at the 10:44 mark lance is talking about player voted captains and how that would be a difference, that is literally what this team did and I've heard Hoge and Braggs complain all year about it, is he not even paying attention to his own people?? Like genuinely I look forward to this cause of Hoge Braggs and Moreano cause I was a fan from Chicago Audible but the route this show is taking is honestly kind of sad, at least get players on the show like what happened to Alex Brown, he was the most knowledgably player they actually had and I'm seeing him on different shows breaking down the bears, he must have gotten tired of Lance and I can't blame him, CHGO please figure this out quick or Hoge please go start a seperate show again with Nicholas.

Beer companies spread their money out all over the place, print, television, radio…it costs money to advertise…the money they get from selling sponsorships, is spread between web/social/video/on-air/podcasting….you think Sunnyside/Miller Lite is backing up the brinks truck to advertise on CHGO sports? That's an interesting rationale seeing as this wasn't TBs offense or defense. He inherented both systems and the coaches after Thanksgiving. Not to mention the absolutely atrociois culture and disgruntled locker room. Hoge's not saying he's a top choice, far from it, but he's saying that he has all the qualities of a good head coach and if the top say 5 candidates land elsewhere are we really worse off sticking with TB for a year letting him continue to build trust and chemistry with Caleb and the players and install his own offensive and defensive systems. The guy was McVays assistant coach, not a terrible mentor. For the record, TB's definitely outside my top 5-6 candidates, but after that, it gets murky..
