This is such a great show, I'm so glad it's being shared with the masses- it's truly a wonderful nod to the great artists of substance in our culture that deserve their flowers while they're still among us. Shout out to AT&T for contributing to the preservation of our musical legacy through this broadcast.

This BMH show was epic!!! So happy these legends were acknowledged while they're with us. Their music was and is the soundtrack of our lives their songs take us back to happy days and beautiful memories. The performers paying tribute were amazing!!! I smiled or tore up throughout this whole show. We must always honor our own when they can appreciate it. Well done!!

The Gospel, Stephanie Mills & Rap segments along with the Aretha tribute are the best! And the band & background singers are killing it.

Pure talent! Classy! Black Excellence! This is what BET used to be. Kudos to those who put this show together. Each honoree EARNED their place in history. Well thought out, well planned, well executed! No one could have done the Bobby Brown tribute better than his brothers! Hands down, the BEST awards show by far! Thank you BMH for this one so worth watching! 👍🏾🙌🏾👏🏾 ❤️ (I’m upset with Stephanie about that teaser. 😉)

I nearly died during the BeBe and Cece tribute 😩. I love Bobby Brown, and BBD killed the tribute. I see u with them vocals Ron 👀😍. And ur right Bobby, God still is working on u, and I can't wait to see what u do in the future. Best of luck to the 4 of u 😘.
