The game has never been “Delayed”. They never gave a launch day before until TGA this year where they first revealed the launch date of Aug 20 2024. You can’t say it’s delayed when they’ve never previously promised a date and not deliver. All the trailers out there throughout the years are for 3 reasons, attracting talents to work on the project, giving progress updates and marketing.

Considering everything that's been documented about this game, adjusted to American dollars I think this may be one of the most expensive undertaking productions ever made, apparently they had a large chunk of this game developed on UE4 and went back to formula to bring us a UE5 build, if I'm not mistaken SW Survivor is only on UE4 because they started it on 4 and EA would never do something as committed and selfless as Game Science did. Hell the footage and whispers of BMW are 4 maybe even 5 years old.

@@WesNemo I'm so psyched for this game, it's so beautiful looking, I'm very happy with DD2 I'm having a blast I hope the rumors of doubling the size of the world with tundra and swamp biomes turns out to be true, but BMW if "The Journey to the West" novels are anything to go by will have a component that I've always enjoyed we will go to Hell and also have a battle in Heaven, I always love games that take you to Hell developers imaginations can get very creative and I enjoy much of the artistic visions of Hell

Im pretty sure were not gonna be playing as the actual wukong but maybe a clone that got away and sonehow independent from wukong consciousness but will somehow meet up with main body and become one then we fight gods at endgame

That would be interesting. Kind of contrived though. I figure it'll be like this: at the beginning of the game some sort of event or something happens that either injures wukong and/or makes him lose access to a great deal of his power, and then the journey is regaining that power.

Can't wait for this game. I hope it lives up to what I'm expecting. Looks like a lot of bosses and content w og gow aspects as well as new ones mixed w a souls banger. Looks great, hope it feels how it looks w tight controls. I'm fine waiting longer; if it plays like it looks, dialed in something nice, hours of gameplay content and story that matters while consuming the need to see more and beat that next boss at 4am when you have to go to work. Been hyped since 1st trailer. I was hyped for cyberpunk as well and... I think cyberpunk could have been great at release for me if the studio kept refining the game as opposed to putting in on the market broken. Take the the time and make a great game and release when its done; if its great yet late, people will find it. For me, I think this one a gonna be a banger.

It looks amazing, just hope it isn't too Souls like as I'm not good at them. Stella Blade was said to be like that but I found that much easier and more enjoyable than Souls. If you make a game too hard it puts a lot of people off. And I don't want to hear get good as I just don't find the constant deaths much fun.

Dude , I'm sorry , i mean... you have to open your eyes. It's 2024 . The ps4 is 11 years old now. The game runs in unreal 5 , even last gen GPUs struggles to maintain this level of graphic fidelity. Everyone would be happy if the game could even achieve a 30 fps in 1440p resolution on modern consoles.

All im hearing about this game is that the gameplay is basically a boss simulation with great graphics and gameplay but no open segments and exploration, just a start point one or two enemy's and straight into a boss fight this is a let down if that is the case Atleast give me levels the size of Nioh 2
