i would like to ask if you're getting stutter in-game and cutscenes? also.. the title said you've disabled rtx and fsr but in the video, your super resolution sampling is in FSR? i have a same gpu and cpu but the game's stuttering in some cutscene and in-game.

Have you tried to check on Afterburner parameter called GPU temperature 2? On my 6600xt (CP 2077) when I got GPU1 max 63°C then GPU temp 2 is 87°C.

Gpu temp 2 could be a junction/hotspot temp, these temps are generally 15c hotter than the core temp which could be gpu temp 1. Hotspot temps are measured in the heart of the gpu where the chip is located, so that explains it being hot.
