Shigandang (literally "rock dare to block" in Chinese) is a sort of statue talisman with 2k years history. They can be placed on a door header or at a vital pass to ward off demons or disasters, and are usually in the form of tablets or beast of small sizes. They can still be found on old buildings in my hometown, but never seen such size lol

The cutscene at the end have a shit ton of meaning btw. She was the first monkey that the Wukong encountered after breakin out of the stone.The monkey habits of the Great Sage were all learned from her. She was pleased to see him and took him back to the tribe. During the trials, he became the Monkey King. Later, the Stone Monkey was enshrined and became a celestial official. After causing chaos in Heaven, he was crushed under the Five-Finger Mountain. He took a master, became a monk, obtained the true scriptures, and was enshrined as a Buddha. After many ups and downs, he finally returned to the mountains as a stubborn stone, and She could only watch. One day, an immortal came to her in a dream and told her: "All things are empty, and you can transcend all suffering. If you can find the Five Aggregates and refine the Pill of the Five Aggregates, perhaps you can allow the stubborn stone to once again reveal its spirit and sacredness.". After wandering through the Three Realms and Four Continents to find the Five Aggregates, was repeatedly interfered with by the Destined One. After many hardships, she finally obtained only one of the aggregates. Just as she was rejoicing, she turned around and saw that the Destined One had already become no different from the Great Sage.She was fierce and unyielding, eventually gave the only aggregate she had to the Destined One. After laughing loudly, she turned around and disappeared into the wilderness, crying as she vanished into the mountains.

@@dlowgaming To reach the area first make sure you have the 4 skandha . The location is behind the waterfall that leads you to take the staff. Just fly straight on the opposite side of the waterfall youll see a tunnel, keep going through it youll find the boss there. When u finish the fight youll get a 5th skandha. Take them back to the fox that creates medicine, he'll craft smthn that boosts ur hp,mana and stamina.

what a fucking atrocious boss design, it takes three minutes to kill and most of that time is spent running around on the ground waiting for its hitbox to become available and occasionally jumping over baby's first shockwave. Calling this a boss is like calling a mario kart obstacle a boss.
