Easy tip : use the Fan during his second phase and it will extinguish the flames to end the phase with him stuck in tornado

Also when the cutscene plays where he makes the fire ring, if you have a bit of fire status build up, you’ll get the fire debuff from the wheel and there’s nothing you can do about it, because you’re in a cutscene lmao

i have discovered a glitch for this asshole, and I killed him super barely even with the glitch, enter the area of the boss step by step, the moment his health bar shows up run back to the respawn location and try to find any rock to hide behind it or the tree on top you can go behind it and the boss will be stuck down the rock under the tree trying to attack you but he can't, spam the 3 focus point expandable staff hit ( forgot the stance name xd ) and just hit him until he reach like 25% or 20%, then he will grab you back to the arena eventhough you did a goddamn glitch ( fucking broken boss ) now you have all your resources and he is at 20% hp, you all welcome that's how i did it. Note: there are many glitch places in the spawn area when you trigger the boss, basically any rock you can hide behind the boss will hit the rock not you, but i find the tree without leaves to hide behind it and the boss stuck behind the rock is the best.

In the Taoist belief and Folklore, "Supreme Inspector" (in chinese "王灵官") is a high-position guardian deity of flame, Lightning and Evil Subduing, and the Royal General of the Jade Emperor in the Celestial Court, His main role is to inspect, maintains order and brings justice both in the celestial and mortal realm. Traditionally he is depicted as a general wearing golden armour and have a body and hair of red color, with a Golden Bar Mace as his weapon and riding on a Flaming Wheel. In the game's journal it says that his head got replaced by Jade Emperor's hand, and his body is somehow twisted into resembling of an bird creature.
