With every season update, new bugs appear or bugs that have already been fixed reappear. The servers and the netcode are still as shitty as they were 4 years ago. However, in BO6 the pile of shit has reached its peak. They've somehow managed to make the game even more miserable network-wise than the years before.

Honestly it feels like 70-80% of my WZ games i encounter blatant cheaters. Makes me wonder what percentage of the playerbase are actually cheating? 1% would be massive, but this feels far far worse than that, like 10-20% which would be a genuinely game-breaking situation. OFC SBMM makes everything 100 times worse, as if you are rocking a 1kd+ you are thrown into the deep end where most the cheaters hang out (though they are plunder too which is crazy weird). Not only do you have to fight off the cheaters but you get abysmal lag and ping. The game feels utterly broken. Lots of other games to play, I quite COD for the better part of year and looks like I am heading back towards that direction again. Pity.

Makes it more annoying when I usually end a game with a 1.3-1.5 kd range between 40-50 kills a game but it’s constantly a sweat to even stay ahead of deaths. I just wanna relax and just have some fun without sitting on edge fully focused for 4 hours a night. There are no kill cams in Warzone. After you are killed your given the choice to spectate, but it does bring to the enemy that killed you it chooses a player to spectate.

I don't know why some people seem surprised. I think vanguard season 1 was probably the least cheaters in a season we've seen as the anti cheat was new, and players didn't feel like risking their accounts. After it was revealed that ricochet was terribly ineffective, the issue has basically persisted and even gotten worse as players get fed up and decide to join the cheaters. That is a big issue with CoD players. They don't quit when fed up with cheaters, they start cheating themselves in some sort of ill-conceived revenge.

The first week BO6 integrated into warzone was so much fun and competitive. I have noticed a steep decline in that due to massive amounts of cheating happening in games. I wish the developers could be more proactive and eliminate this.

Can we talk about the white elephant in the room for a minute..... CONTRAVERSIAL - Cheating on Call of Duty went through the roof when the game was rolled out on PC. And for the console, casual and non cheater players, we will continue to see Timmy and Jimmy aimbot, wall hack and then the next cheat. Cheats on colsole seem to be limited whilst Jimmy and Timmy download the next new software to ruin everyones good time. Or is this part of the issue we cannot discuss???

It pisses me off big time. They always seem to know where I am on the map and I can't understand as well why it is so easy for them to kill me when it takes half away my magazine just to kill them.

Its bad. even in pubs. Played back to back games in hardcore moshpit (camo grind is grindy) with obvious cheaters dropping 100+ kills. Both of them were prestige 2+. Crazy.

This has been the first COD I've turned on cross play, and I've never been happier SBMM doesn't feel as aggressive on PS5, and I've actually forgotten that cheaters even exist Even the weirdos with a Cronus still get outplayed with good movement and positioning I'm in no rush to turn it back on at this point

I'm an old top-am player so I know I'm at minimum above average... First day I made diamond 1, next day I'm getting absolutely stomped on like I'm a 3 year old with no hands so I just gave up. Kind of insane how bad it's gotten these days when I used to have semi minimal interactions with cheaters even being on PC.

Imagine if all us gamers could come together and boycott the game until they take care of the cheaters, remove SBMM and give us the choice to turn off cross-play. …the possibilities. We know not the power we have.

Cheating has been in FPS games since the early 2000s, I don't see that ever changing.

@@macg9315 It's not 50%, it's maybe 1 cheater every 10 games. Which is really not that much. In Warzone I haven't come across any cheaters just yet.

We can always get temp ban for chats but cheaters get a blind eye turned

I came across a player on nuketown in the upper window of the yellow house, I peaked around the school bus he hit-markered me so I retreated back behind the bus to the other side looking toward the big Nuketown sign then I turned around still behind the bus and proned down facing the Jeep cause I heard footsteps coming from that way. The whole time I was moving around and going into the prone position the player in the upper window in the yellow house was continuously shooting at me and finally killed me when I went into the prone position. I watched the kill cam and he was indeed spraying and praying all over the yellow school bus aiming right left up and down.

Yeah I emptied a mag into a player, shot 3 times and died. Really looking at different ranked shooters it's pathetic

Everyone is able to turn off cross play except for the first time on Xbox. We cannot turn it off. We have to go into our actual Xbox settings kind of annoying this should just be a thing where we could turn on and off.

i'm having an issues with my loadout in resurgence. when i get my loadout in game my attachments are being swapped. example I have the 50 round mag on my jackel but when i get my loadout it has the 30 round mag. also happens with sights and other attachments. anyone else having this issue?

TBH i do not think they care about the cheating problem. They rather push bundles and a yearly release than fix anything.

Hardware bans are the only thing that will stop these people seriously. There are discords where they sell ranked ready accounts cheap

While chat ban is being buffed by ai. Chat ban is the final sign the makers of the game don’t understand the cod community.
