Grinding hours for.. let's be honest.. shit rewards. And to only getting a base weapon... Last event it was a community challenge for a charm as the final reward.. I would much prefer a universal camo. Cause they've made lot of unique ones

Definitely not just you. I would try and grind out every MW3 event for the camo, even if I would never use it, purely so that I had it. The magma camo felt like such an achievement, and I would put it on all of my guns just to show off that I had it. And yet strangely, I never tried to get the mastery camos

I collected every event and season camo in mw2 and mw3. Comparing the events and the LTM it’s a big drop for BO6 imo.

In my opinion, the community based events, are cool, and locking some "high value" rewards behind them at least to me is fine, but doing it like the Sirin where we basically had to wait until the end of the event is not the way to do it, maybe instead of having the intersting item of the event being the last one, mybe beign the third might be kinda cool

It's why cosmetics are the primary motivation for prestiging, and why MWIII's functional unlocks were all weekly challenges rather than mandatory XP grinds. If the player is forced to grind to for tangible goods, they feel forced to play, but if they're given a reasonable amount of time, and the grind is for optional unlocks that make them stand out, it keeps them playing longer.

Let's be fair, once this game's life cycle is over, we're all gonna go back to sucking Treyarch dick next year. Happened with BO4, happened with Cold War. Sledgehammer's handling of MW3 is simply on our minds because we're just off the heels of the final season of MW3 and now Treyarch's mishandling the first few months of BO6.

I think if they were going to try and cover another botched rollout, event/update/patch/fix/ect, like this one, they just need to start owning it openly at this point to us. I wish it would also mean that they would just give all event items to the players now instead of them getting at the end of the event since over half the players already have the new DLC sniper and attachment.

My gf and me only played together, Warzone. I had 61k she had around 30k. I think they put the week before the event into the timer and counted the chests opened, I regularly open around double the amount as she does.

Never thought I’d say this but I miss supply drops and seasonal map packs. Cause all of the cosmetic content was grindable and not locked behind events or buying them with real cash. Like they need to make it possible to do it both ways

I have no problems with zombies. And multi-player isn't too bad for the first season. I'm afraid of playing warzone or ranked play right now because of cheaters and undeserved bans on accounts. I'm not a famous streamer so I would have no cred to get my ban removed.

The glitch definitely didn't help them but I think the event also just being another big grind fest has just put people off. It's something like 35-40 MP games just to get the 3 50 archie rewards. It's rough, Made worse when if we are being totally honest. You only really care about the completion reward.

Honestly I get extremely unlucky with the new Event. I did start with 0 but also getting Archies is kinda bugged sometimes it just stops at 5 and don't count the others I collect until I restart the Game and sometimes nothing drops for multiple Games
