SBMM is the end of casual gaming no longer can you get off work and play the game and just have a nice casual matching CoD makes you improve and challenge you every other game. I personal can't even play with my best friend he complains and rages yes he I know he is a Timmy no thumbs but he is my friend and I can't even play with him. He doesn't use a scuf or edit buttons he can't strafe jump and just uses the basic movement for the most part. So because I'm above average he just won't play with me. I Blame CoD For the nights of solo games that just feel to competitive .

@@jasonbaren3595 yea, sbmm is pretty annoying. It's not like I even want to just drop nukes on bad people, I just want variety. Black ops 4 was the last game that felt like there was not much sbmm. The only time I get slightly easier lobbies these days is when I party up with people of various skill. Solo is horrible.

the thing abt everyone complaining abt SBMM is you guys just want to drop 60 on bad players lmao think about how they feel lol every game they load up its some sweat that comes and kills them everytime they peek an angle that cant be fun for them lol and thats the majority of the player base so of course they'd implement something to keep the "above average" players away from the trashcans so bc there are more trashcans than above average players and getting shit on every game would make them drop it for another game. complaining abt SBMM tbh seems like a skill issue its an arcade fps u win some u lose some complaining bc you're not getting the bottom tier players in your lobby is kinda strange

appreciate the honesty on this one king. from my experience this has been an incredibly fun COD and i personally love the omnimovement. i do agree tho that the speed was reduced compared to MW3. i went back to MW3 and was shocked how much faster you feel especially when holding a knife. i hope they increase tac sprint speed time once it drops.

@@lightofheaven_ the Omni is fun for sure, but for some reason the controls don't feel as tight as mw. I feels to me like x defiant and apex had a kid. Its really hard to put into words, but it feels clunkier. If they could just tighten it up a notch it would be awesome imo, but half the people I talk to love it, so IDK. Imo MW3 has the smoothest movement of any cod I have played, I guess I got spoiled

@@DefPirateGaming agreed, that’s why i changed the movement and combat settings around and it ended up being way smoother. if you play it again once it drops i recommend tweaking with ur settings to enhance movement

I'm so beyond tired of SBMM and modern CoD movement. The whole slide/dive spamming shit is more annoying that fuckin IW or Blops3 "advanced movement". It just felt like a blander Cold War, which I actually liked, but this aint scratching the same itch. The maps were also pretty garbo overall. I cannot stand Babylon's piss poorly designed ass lol The guns were fine for the most part, besides shotguns being dogshit, in typical modern CoD fashion, and SMGs being busted as all hell. Snipers are the usual, garbage. I respect AWP crutchers in CS more than CoD "snipers" lol I do like that movement speed has been lowered just a tad, but even still completely overshadowed by all the other shitty things. Also tired of the animated menues/lobby. Shit always runs worse than the actual fucking game. I guess the saving grace for this one will be gamepass making it borderline free, and zombies looked somewhat promising. I completely skipped over blops4, vanguard and mw3. blops4 just came at a bad time, I was hella burnt out from cod and just moved into a new place. Vanguard looked like garbage from the start, and mw3 looked like everything we expected to be just patches for mw2, but instead was just dlc at full AAA game price lol name a better couple than blizz/act and actively avoiding listening to criticism or the fans in general lol

I totally hear you with the sbmm and movement and stuff. I bought a controller with paddles back in blops3 and it's helped with all the button mashing that is needed, but I agree , they don't listen to mp fans. I really think they just design the game around WZ and whatever trickles down is what we get, lol.

The game felt so good for the first couple matches, then SBMM kills the experience by making you shoot marshmallows. I love the guns and movement, but I refuse to play "Ok, now it's Timmy's turn to win!" over and over. Wasted dev talent sucks man.

@@dredgenbean6299 yo I totally agree. My win loss ratio in the beta was a perfectly even 1.00. it feels like the game balances the teams to decide when I win and lose. It just doesn't feel authentic at all.

Lol this is some crazy cope “timmies turn to win” when you suck ass… I dislike ssbm not for the skill issue but how it’s implemented: the disconnecting teammates, my footsteps are buffed can be heard from a mile away… what you are talk about is hard cope for sucking words then even an average player the way ssbm is implemented is far more subtle

@@johncapewell7520 I agree with this. I play ranked when I want to sweat. I've had a lot of comments about "skill issues" and "you're bad" and even "you just want to play bad people" on my videos. I just want to play all types of players, being constantly up against diamond and crimson players all the time gets old. I do feel there should be a protected bracket for players who might have some kind of llimitation, or even for new to fps players. But outside of that, should just be me vs everyone; some games I'll get slammed and some I'll slam the other team. There's too many games that end at a score of 100-99 and things like that. I'll do wagers or ranked if I wanna sweat. Rant over

Sorry for a long winded comment. Your opening statement absolutely correct. The popular cod KZbin'ers will say just enough good about the game each year to stay in the company's good graces. Even when they know they are full of mocha. Regardless of quality, they will play the games every year and blow sunshine up Activisions a$$ so that they keep getting paid. That's ok because, their opinions mean absolutely squat to those of us who don't rely on our parents to pay for the games. Also, we are able to objectively think for ourselves and form our own opinions on what we like. I still watch those bigger yt people, but they don't influence my decision.

Absolutely true, and the only reason Activision might get my money this year is because half my friends enjoyed the beta and will be making the switch when the game launches. I personally wasn't a huge fan but 🤷🏼‍♀️. Maybe I can wait for a sale

Plus, I recently learned what eomm is and that is a huge turn off for me. Sbmm is bad enough. At least it's not the company deciding my game outcome.

An enjoyable map should reward a player for playing it during the course of a game cycle. When they make these maps with random flow, random spawns, all the incentive to play it over and over is lost. It removes any strategy or feeling of accomplishment of learning the layouts or a maps spawn rotation when any second a random can spawn in an unpredictable way. Small maps can be fun and chaotic, but I don’t want every game to be a complete dice roll of gunfights. Seems these BO6 maps just don’t have that groovy flow.

You are all handsome! But you especially haha. Yea these maps just don't feel great to me. I feel like in 5 years i won't be sitting here talking about how great Scud and Babylon are. They just don't seem to have the replayability like a lot of the maps we have had in MW2 2009, MWII and MWIII. Hotel, Mercado, Rio, Farm, Scrapyard, highrise, etc all are great maps and there is absolutely no shortage of them on the MW titles. Heck, what am I even saying because black ops 1,2, 3, and 4 were full of wonderful maps too. I just have this feeling they rushed MP because warzone is their focus now. Sad but true days for all of us MP veterans.

just fyi internet speed doesnt correlate with latency , you can have 1gigabyte per second and horrible latency and packet losses

​@@Bongaboingy my ping is usually sub 30 because I live near a server and have fiber. As you can see in this video, it was 16ms throughout . Packet burst is a known issue that many people have with call of duty. I do not experience lag on apex, overwatch, or battlefield. I did get a lot of desync on this game and X defiant though. Im thinking its likely on their side and their servers. Hopefully they stop using low tick rate servers and start acting like they make billions a year 😅

Respectfully, I have enjoyed most betas except for vanguard, cold war, and this one. My opinions are subjective but to me this game just doesn't feel good. I played it for 10+ hours and had multiple games with 70+ eliminations. I did adjust to it, it just feels clunky compared to mw3.
