To be honest, I'm currently thinking about switching from Playstation to Xbox. Not because of Call of Duty, the last few games sucked anyway. Nope. They said they wouldn't make it exclusive, how is putting it on gamepass make it exclusive? Realize that PlayStation will still be able to play new call of duty games except they have to pay full price while Xbox players can choose to pay 18$ a month or pay the 70$ to own it. There's nothing exclusive about it. And this isn't a stupid rant this is just the truth. Xbox can put games on gamepass when ever they want if they have the rights or have a deal on the games ownership. Take a look at some assassin's creed games on gamepass, Xbox doesn't own the rights to AC but the Ubisoft needed money so Xbox payed them to put the games on there. That doesn't mean that people on other consoles can't play the games. Plus if you knew about the court case then you would know that putting games they own on gamepass doesn't always make them exclusive. Also following how those deals work with putting games they don't own on gamepass can easily be followed by how EA released Jedi Survivor last year. If you don't know EA struck a deal about 4+ years ago that put all of EAs games on gamepass. If not all then most. This worked with older games but what about the newer games, well they just wait a year and add them. Which is why it took so long to do so. They are probably gonna do this with Call of Duty but of course put it on day one because they have the right to do so. If PlayStation bought the rights to Bethesda and put let's say Elder Scrolls 6 on PS+ day one does that give them the rights to do it. YES. So realize that please. 🙏

I own a Xbox Series Xand a Playstation 5. The Xbox has been turned on a total of maybe 10 times, and not once in the past several months. I used to get a lot of xbox time at my Uncles as a kid, and really enjoyed the 360. But I never owned a console until I got a Wii, and then finally a PlayStation 3. I still think Sony made a huge mistake charging for online services. That was one of my main gripes of never playing xbox a ton. Now I just PC game and occasionally renew my services on PS5, otherwise I just play singleplayer titles nowadays. I work six days a week, there's no reason I should have to pay to play 1-2 days a week for a couple hours (compared to when I was young and could play 24/7).
