Fox would have to give the Fantastic Four back to Marvel or reach some kind of other agreement with Marvel first, and that's never going to happen. Fox will always be too stubborn to admit that they have no clue what made the Fantastic Four great and give the movie rights back to Marvel and so we'll keep getting shitty Fantastic Four reboots every few years until the end of time.

In the Klaws of the panther vol 1 3 story spiderman said that the vibranium in captain america's shield is part of a special alloy, otherwise captain america would be very mad if the vibranium of his shield didn't work. So that would answer your question.

We went to the cinema last night, (which was full for once,) and watched the new Wonder Woman film and we really really enjoyed it and particularly so after grinding my teeth through the Dark Knight Rises and Batman V Superman, even Superman, (because my wife wanted to watch them more than I did,) after all these years someone has finally manged to get her character and abilities right; Themescira and the Amazons looked great and the plot twists were clever, unexpected and completely legitimate, (not a maguffin anywhere,) and it all just worked, it's cheered me up no end.
