It's not fake.... It's called a concept. Before I got into kpop cute concepts didn't spoke to me either, but overtime you will learn to get it, understand it and like it. And maybe even appreciated. B/c why do videos need to be serious all the time? Growing up I watch serious or sad or just meh American music videos.. When I found kpop I realized that happy videos exist too, and really why not? just watching something happy can make a person feel happy as well.

I feel like it's hard for American people to understand concept that are even moderately "cute" or upbeat. Like I feel that they just aren't used to music like that in the U.S. I watch reaction videos of other people, too and they all seem to have the same reaction. Like they just hate that outward appearance of a "cute" concept. But people should just give twice a chance-- there's a reason they are Korea's no. 1 girl group. I liked this a lot. I feel like some reactors these days try too hard and pretend to like something, especially kpop. I like the fact that the comments in this are not always positive and just people giving their first opinions on something new. Reactions don't always have to be positive, and not everyone has to like what others might. I think a lot of us forget that sometimes. TWICE is one of my favorite girl groups, but I totally see why they may not appeal to others. Great Video. Great Reactions, pretty funny ones actually. Lol.

Since I see a bunch of Once in the comments bashing on Knock Knock, I'm here to say that I fucking love Knock Knock, it's one of my favorites Twice songs. Their expressions are amazing and it honestly fills me with joy watching them, they look so happy to me and that makes me happy. I get why the commentators aren't used to this type of concept (because America's stupid enough to not only reject it but call it weird or shameful) but they could've watched it with a way more open heart, maybe explain to them what "concepts" are and that no, it's not fake, they're THE FARTHEST thing from fake. Also Twice hating each other? Bitch, please. Twice is one of the gayest groups out there for each other. I need more of this group!!. I understand why some people are upset. But they are Americans with the typical mindset you would expect. I'm a once and personally love Knock Knock and TT. But, I understand why they have their perspectives on it. I love this group they're so funny and honest. They really aren't that offensive at all. I feel like instead of showing them videos you suspect they might not be interested in like "cute" or "sexy" videos, maybe show them MV's of the best voices. If you are introducing Kpop to someone who is new to Kpop why wouldn't you show them, in your opinion, the best MV from the group? If you are introducing a new group to someone shouldn't you show them that group's best video? Isn't your goal to at least get them to appreciate Kpop -- if not like or love Kpop? If you think a video is kind of weird or far out there and someone might not like it or even understand it, it might not be the right MV to show them as an introduction to Kpop or a specific group. When someone starts out with a bias or thinks I don't like this from the very beginning or is really confused about what they are watching, it usually means they are going to shutdown and stop being open minded. Instead of showing them a random MV from a group, how about you take the time to show them the best, most popular or the one you know the majority of mainstream non-fans or casual fans will like. You are not doing these groups justice if you don't at least show people their best or most favorite MVs first. Once you get them acclimated to the group and at least appreciating them then you can show them the MVs that are a little more strange or harder to understand because they will be more open minded to it then. Just my opinion and something to consider for the future. Thanks.
