Lol this feels more like a Northern vs Southern foods, we got collards down south which is very common but I make mine with bacon not the back fat 🤣 ham, pecan pie, mac & cheese is traditional as well down here

Typically… the substitutions are dressing instead of “stuffing”, baked Mac n cheese (no breadcrumbs) collard greens, pecan pie and sweet potato pie, cornbread and yams
