Black Pepper Prawns / Udang Lada Hitam
Ingredients:
Prawns (marinate with salt & black pepper)
Red / green / yellow capsicums
Red / green chillies
3 onions
3 garlic
5cm ginger
Optional : 2 tbsp black pepper sauce
Mix sauces:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp dark soy sauce or ABC kicap manis
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (Habhal’s Cap Kipas udang)
1/2 tbsp brown sugar or white sugar
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp black peppercorns (grind / pound)
1 tbsp sesame oil
Corn flour mixture :
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup water
