Is this only for smaller cameras? I have a 6D Canon and wanted to use this for it.

Hi Linda, No problem holding a 6D , the only real issue is what size of lens you want to carry on it , for a smaller prime or zoom lens it would be fine, but I would recommend something with more support if lugging around larger or heavier lenses ( thanks for watching)
