I had zero interest in this game. And then i got my nova aetas renaissance and it had all this content. So i bought rebirth. This game is freaking awesome. Great tutorial. Its a long video but still shorter than me reading the rules. Hahaha.

Tried to play the Original BRW, but I got so confused as I have not played in ages. this helps so much, and I prefer some of the tweaks this version has made from what I remember.

Thanks very much. I got my German copy of BRW Rebirth 2 weeks ago and tried to learn it from the rulebook. Nope! Three easy to spot mistakes were just the beginning. Alone that you have multiple turns per round and two actions per turn was not clear. I thought two actions per rurn and that's it, so preperation and quick speed spells didn't make any sense.

Excellent video. I have a question about defeating a mage. Are his summons removed from the game or only the ones assigned to him by another mage ? If her summons remain in play, do they stay in the lodge or join the mage in his cell ?

They remain in play and activate during the Evocation phase

New campaign coming so thought I’d check this out. So much going on, seems confusing. I’m probably going to pass. The game does look amazing though.
