Iron Man was my very first guitar lesson. I only learned the opening and the main riff. I thought it was time to revisit this song and learn the entire rhythm part. Your instructions are concise and easy to follow. The tabs are tremendously helpful. Thank you!

the intro is missing one important element....yes, you bend the E string behind the nut but you should be also be playing the E note on the second fret (the D string) but not the high E string, if that helps. Anyway, you pluck this E note at same time as bending the E string behind the nut. That's what Tony Iommi does and it sounds SO much more ominous.

Great lesson but ther's one part that i wasn't able to figure out yet: how do you do that fast switch from 17/15 to 16/14? Do you pick a total of 6 times in that part or just thrice? I've tried it in every way i could imagine but it still sounds like shit when i play it

It's slides, so I pick it just three times, every 17/15 and sliding down to 16/14.
