A similarity happened in Sanhita/Simoco (near Hatishala) where builders do not hand-over the flats for the last few years..😮😢

ভয়ংকর ঘটনা ।এত কষ্টের ,এত পরিশ্রমের টাকা পয়সা দিয়ে একটা মাথা গোঁজার ঠাঁই পেয়ে ,চরম ভয় আর অশান্তি নিয়ে জীবন যাপন করতে হবে,এটা ভাবা যায় না।কোর্ট এর দ্বারস্থ হতে পারেন । এ ছাড়া আর কিছুই করার নেই।স্বপ্ন তো দুঃস্বপ্নে পরিণত হয়েছে।এত টুকু দেরী না করে কোর্টে যান ।

I am watching this video in 2023, and this is just 1 year old, I was planning to a flat in siddha happyville in 2023 but after watching this I am not going to buy any flat from siddha group.

Wow This is so sad . Totally unexpected from Siddha. We were looking for property in Siddha Happyvelle. There the habitants are facing electricity issue. Lifts are unavailable most of the time. Extra charges for clubhouse is becoming mandatory . Thank god we had a tlak with the habitants and now this. So its clear that Siddha is just after making money. They don't care about the welfare of their buyers. Such a shame.

Keep it up💐💐💐💐, I m with u. Bcoz I m also cheated by siddha. I really disappointed to see dt nobody comments on this!!! Where every body were cheated. I feel only social media can solve d problem. My humble request to all please support it. At least comment here.

It was advertised as EDEN SIDDHA WATER FRONT. BOTH EDEN AND SIDDHA GROUPS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.

So far design, location and infrastructure is concerned, they have changed huge Extra prices for their flats.

Our flat with MLCP car parking is registered in December 2019. The flat has been handed over at the time of registration but we have not yet received any car parking as per our agreement.

সিদ্ধাতে ফ্লাট কেনার প্ল্যান করেছিলাম। এই ভিডিওটি দেখার পর। খুব চিন্তিত হয়ে পড়েছি। সব টাকা দেওয়ার পর যদি cc না পাই। ইলেকট্রিক মিটার না পাই, তবে তো মুশকিল।
