This is some very good editing! It is Park Byeong Hoon, but his voice is pitched up to sound very similar to BL8M. There are probably some other minor changes to make it sound even more like Luka, but the pronunciation is what gives it away. TD;LR: This isn't Luka, it's Ivan, done with some very good editing.
