I have this frustrating issue on my (looks to be identical) Westinghouse fridge. Mineral Turps takes it straight off.

@@FridgeSeal your link goes to the same video haha. also if you are sealing it with tape, does it reduce the efficacy of the fridge seal? can I just use silicone without the tape over it instead? thanks mate. very helpful vid.
