man, you're an incredible reactor. your energy is contagious and you genuinely look like you're just having a great time. don't let people limit you on what you "should" or "shouldn't" listen to. taylor swift doesn't make music for young girls. shes in her mid 30s now and shes done every genre imaginable. contrary to popular belief - her concerts are full of men and women of all ages. keep your mind open to new things. you took a big step in reacting to this album and you can see the enjoyment on your face. keep up the awesome reactions! :)

So how I interpret reputation is as a huge party. So the first few tracks are the party heating up and getting excited but towards the end it starts to slow down and taylor realizes in new tears day that love isn't all about drama or passion but it's about who stays with you through thick and thin who stays when the drama blows over and helps you clean up the party. Taylor moves from reckless thrill-seeking to vulnerability, from caring about her reputation to letting it go. And in the end, the only thing that matters isn’t the drama, the spectacle, or the power-it’s the person who stays.

I loved this reaction, you’re so sweet. The thing is if you think of her first and foremost as a writer then her talent is enabling everyone to relate to universal themes of love, loss, anger, hurt and revenge. She drops you right into a scene you can visualise then stabs you with some heartbreak, humour or surprise in a few words. If that piano got you in the feels then may I suggest Folklore for your next one.

As a 30 year old swiftie, her music is genuinely for all age demographics & genders. The idea that her music is for young girls is not true. Taylor has been around since 2006, her fans have been following her since so most of us are older. She does have young fans, don't get me wrong, but majority are adults. She writes about adult experiences. She hasn't written "young girl" music since her 2nd album Fearless. The only reason I even equate it to young girl music is because she was young and writing about "young girl" experiences. She's 35 now. She hasn't written music relating to her young years since she was young. The media has lied to people and made them believe she writes for young girls. That's a false narrative. She also writes almost all of her lyrics herself, which is impressive in itself. I encourage you to listen to the album Midnights! It's another favorite for new listeners and was released in 2022. If you like rep, I guarantee you will like Midnights. :)

Dude was flabbergasted. I'd recommend turning the mic volume up in the future, couldn't hear you a lot of the time. Every one of her albums is pretty much a completely different sound. i’m currently only on the second song of the album and it seems like you’re really enjoying it so far which is good!!! I’m not exactly sure what your vibe is with songs but don’t be shy to check out her other albums as well! She has some pop, folk, country and more throughout the others and you might actually find some you’ll like in those albums too! Also taylor doesn’t make music just for white girls! So many men like these songs or her and that’s perfectly fine! You don’t have to like everything she puts out but as long as you are nice and respectful the swifties will support you and we love seeing new reactors finding out how good taylor is! And if you like any of the songs, that’s good and there’s no shame in it! I’d LOVE to see that you were amazing. Than you will for sure have all the s worries filling you in. Like Rep is all because of Kim and Kanye and her getting her life back after all the BS that happened with them. Also sooo much relationship songs but she is the BEST storyteller and her lyrics are out of this world. Ok also the 10 min sort film of all to well. It’s a song about her relationship with actor jake Gyllenhaal and many other songs. Can’t wait !!!

ok. Gorgeous: 1. She's talking to everyone else because she's usually social, but he's so hot he makes her nervous & shy. Talking to him is intimidating because she's so into him. 2. She's jealous of his gf if he has one, but it's worse if he doesn't because she's not actually single. "I've got a boyfriend. He's older than us. He's in the club doing Idunnowhat." She's alone at this party & she starts going wild for this really gorgeous man, but even if her bf is off ignoring her somewhere, she's still not technically available. That's why it's even worse if he is.

If you want to see Taylor making fun of herself while rapping with T Pain, check out Thug Story. It always makes me crack up. Her parody songs for SNL are also funny! If you want more beats like this, maybe try the 1989 tour performances of Trouble and We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together? If you like her vocals, the acoustic set from the City of Lover concert or the live Grammy Museum performances are really strong. If you want a bazillion viewers, watch the Eras Tour. 😂 Especially if you lead up to it by reacting to all her albums and her documentary. Swifties will come in droves. Usually people paywall the documentary and concerts. If you need help finding the concerts, lmk! Good luck getting a ton of subscribers, haha. There’s a whole community of people who love watching these.

In Gorgous, she’s talking to everyone at the party but him because she likes him and is embarrassed and she’s upset if he doesn’t have a girlfriend because she DOES have a boyfriend. This is why she “can’t have him.”

I'm not gonna lie, it's a lot of fun seeing you react to Taylor Swift for the first time. I think he did a really good job expressing what you were feeling and analyzing the lyrics. I hope you listen to more Taylor Swift albums and if you do, I'll be You listen to more Taylor Swift albums and if you do, I'll watch

You should keep in mind that Taylor is great as a live performer and she has great music videos so, to really understand her popularity, you should see some live performance videos (especially the Reputation Stadium Tour and the Eras Tour) and music videos. You probably won't be a fan of all of her albums, but you should check out some of the others, just to get some perspective on her range of styles. I've subscribed because it would be fun to see your reactions.

I don’t know if you had lyrics up on this video but Swifties will die if you don’t have lyrics up. I’m not sure if you caught the story to Getaway Car but Taylor is all about her storytelling, but it’s easy to get lost in production because it’s always so good. PLEASE follow lyrics when you listen to Taylor! This is her most simplistic lyrics of all her albums or very close to it. Lyrics will be a HUGE deal moving forward. Do Midnights next! (Unless you want to flip to a REALLY chill album, and one of our favs, Folklore).

Please do Midnights next. It’s Pop, but it’s flawless. There are 3 versions, you could split them in 2 videos. If you don’t it will be 23 songs. You can do the base version, and then the Til Dawn edition. Or do it all at once, we will watch! Lol. Reputation is the ONLY album she has that sound like this. If you want to hear a complete flip, many Swifties favorite album is Folkore, and it’s Indie/Folk sound.

@32:32 I think it is supposed to be a compliment because she is so taken by him that she can't speak to him. As if she is so intimidated by his looks and presence, she reverts to a shy, self-conscious person when she is around him.

Knox Hill calls her a battle rapper with a guitar. If you love vocals you should also go down the Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, and Chappell Roan rabbit holes. Oh, and Sabrina Carpenter, Gracie Abrams, Olivia Rodrigo.

One of the biggest lies and misconceptions about Taylor is her music is for young fans! I am 30 I grew up with Taylor!! Her new album TTPD has such serious topics and swearing in it! Many fans didn’t understand the album at all!! Taylor is only advancing as she goes!!! Trust me she has fans of all ages!!!

I’m just curious: how old are you that you think you can’t relate to her songs? Taylor Swift is a grown up woman in her mid 30s. She has 20 years of catalogue. You have country, Pop, synth pop, some jazz, indie, some incredible feat. with rappers, folk music…. There’s something for everybody, music wide. But there’s something for everybody “topic wide”. There’s love, young love, mature love, breakups, grief, loss of family members, drug addiction, alcohol addiction, betrayal, depression, she talks about many mental health problems, feeling lost in this world, the music industry… I mean, you can relate to any of this, according to your age and life. We all go through life the same way. The rhetoric “that’s for white young girls” is so old. Her fandom has all types of people in it. All races and ages. Anyway, good reaction ❤ not all her music is like this, but everybody can find something they like.

There's plenty of men who are emotionally intelligent and I think it's a very harmful mindset to have that you can't relate to her music because you're not a female. If you've ever experienced romantic feelings toward someone , if you've ever experienced betrayal, anxiety and basically any other emotion then you are fully able to relate to one of her songs. Reputation is what made me a swiftie so im happy to see you enjoying it BUT pls don't limit yourself by allowing what you think you should and shouldn't enjoy sway your thoughts, music taste is so subjective! Curious to see how you'd react to her live performances of Don't Blame Me, Look What You Made Me Do , I did something bad and ready for it 👀

Reputation is the best album for people of different views can enjoy her her varied discography and then people can discover the rest of what she is able to. You won't like everything but it gives everyone something to like. This is also why she has 4 Grammys for Album of the year and she is the only woman in history to achieve this feat. The reason I love her is that she is a woman who knows her worth and she's not going to let anyone bs her. If you show your ass she will show it to the world. She has said that she will stop coming for them when they stop coming for them. Also her Tay VOODOO is strong look it up
