I remember these toys on sale in italy when I was a kid. They were most likely from early-mid1983. I liked them but they stayed around for a short period. By the end of the year they were gone. They were contemporary with the first wave of masters in italy. I remember thinking they were kinda like the masters but the articulations offered were more nice. Wished could have one... I vaguely remember tv advertise with the actual toys crudely animated in dramatic pose.

I didn't discover Crystar until I was an adult collector and immediately fell in love, so seeing these similar figures that almost look like they fit right in were instantly intriguing. I saw very little Remco stuff as a kid, and like you, didn't really see or appreciate it until I was older.
