Katt Williams spoke about the “funny looking” ones, he knows it and I know y’all do. Now that’s the truth and you all are projecting. It’s so many of you all that’s doing it that I don’t even have room to write out all the very famous names in the music and arts industry, football, basketball ball. That’s how you get all these biracials on the basketball team. RIGHT STEPH CURRY? But where is this talented young man getting his example from? Riiiiight, you OLD ninjas. Projection is real. So before you all say a Black woman is paying for mayo, you better look in the mirror. Cause you paying more. Way more. If you don’t get that, Oh well. ( And for a side note there’s nothing wrong with biracial people, but I had to bring that up because Black men often choose them for the wrong reason and many times they don’t deserve the mistreatment they sometimes receive from these same colorist Black men.” And furthermore I don’t know many Black American families that don’t have Biracial people somewhere in their lineage, including myself.

This is where I have to disagree with the KZbinr. White women were the ones who started strong and independent through FEMINISM. They were fighting during the Civil Rights Era to be strong and independent while the black women were fighting to be seen as human with rights along with the black men. Now today white women are still feminist and their men have never stopped taking care of them nor keep making videos calling their women out on their Feminist behavior. Yet in the black community black women never started this movement but SOME have said they are strong and independent. Yet they are the poster board for everyone to blame them for what they have said while letting white women slide for saying and actually being strong and independent. Yet no one talks about the white women in a negative light. So please stop taking about black women being strong and independent. Many of us never said it nor did we start it. Yet we all are lumped as being that way.

Weird time period this why it's very important as black man to be in the household. The reason why I say that I never hear any other groups of women talking this divesting bullshit. You don't hear Native American women talking like that or Latinos. This why it's very important for the black man to be in the household teaching black history. The younger generation overall don't understand what it takes to be black in America. They don't understand the obstacles you gotta overcome and how strong you gotta be. How hard life is being black and alot of has to do with us as community sending out kids to public schools and allowing tye schools to take black history out of the mix but we gotta learn European history . Our community has become so water down and whitewash its such ashamed . Social media and technology has suck the community dry. Its like we are black but wanna be white and I really started paying attention to this around 2010 when black men started dressing like white boys. That was the start of the social media era. Back in the early 2000s I never heard the term divesting from a black woman. And to be honest it was a rear you seen them with some white dude in my high school or on the block let's keep 100% . Now you could say brothas started this bullshit but they wasn't going all in on Becky like that. Please don't get me started with the younger brothas in today's generation of blacks and the white girl. At some point we as community gotta hit the reset button on this bullshit word up.

@jagbrit37232 күн бұрын
You make a lot of valid points mate. Social media and the advancement of technology have deeply inhibited the cultural understanding of Blackness. The younger generation truly wants to believe in sameness and color blindness, but Becky and Brad are always going to be Becky and Brad. As they get older, they revert to their racial roots, while our black youngins (now older) end up confused, disillusioned, and dejected. It's not an easy road, as the great Uncle Bob sang. Also, I understand people express themselves in certain ways, but to me, using profanity in certain topics detracts from the key points. Happy new year to all.
@traviscarter10232 күн бұрын
@jagbrit3723 You are right about the profanity I tried to work on it but I slipped up . Maybe because at times I get so angry with my people. It seems like a slap in the face to the people that came before us basically . These people would tie brothas up to back of the car and drag them to death in the state of Mississippi for looking at a white woman in the 50s. And it's like none of that stuff never happened. Emmitt Till never happened this the part I don't understand about black people in 2024. But then they have the nerve to come at Latinos and Caribbeans over the hip-hop argument. Never hold the white man accountable for anything that's been done in this country.

There is not valid about assuming the behavior of someone simply because of their phenotype. That's just as silly as making assumptions based on someone's eye color. It doesn't make any sense. I disagree with the commentary. As a matter of fact, I need to stop watching this channel as I am growing out of it, but as a Black woman, I find myself being forced to be “independent,” “strong,” etc., not because I want to, but because I am forced to be. I am not boastful of this, but it is as if society doesn’t help Black women, and you don’t get to be feminine. Also, a lot of men take advantage of you with that softness that you speak of, so I completely disagree because that’s my experience.

In times past we were never allowed to be soft. Please, remember how we were left alone, for a variety of causes all socially engineered, to fend for ourselves in a world hostile as heck to us. No! No! No! Don't try to turn it around and make it some kind of deficiency in black women. Black women, keep on being who you are, the way you are, and don't change to try and fit someone else's narrative or what they think of you.

Easy pickings for Brad. Brad seen a Black woman over the age of 25 with no wedding ring and knew off top if no one wifed her up it was because of her bad attitude. Brad knows most Black and African women worship him and have no standards and will tolerate the bare minimum when it comes to him.

People are blurring the lines of being Independent. It doesn't mean you don't want a man you just dont need a man. Codependency is unhealthy. Everybody should be independent so they can be good partners.
@strangefruit98673 күн бұрын
Unhealthy independence will lead to isolation. Over-reliance on self can result in social withdrawal and a lack of support networks, which are crucial for emotional well-being. Please explain the drawbacks of "codependency."
