OMG! I just cooked and devoured this meal. Using the word delicious is an understatement. The sauce, presentation, wine, etc. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Listen! Are you listening? Ok! When I tell you I made this last night, the first meal in which I’ve given myself a 10/10. It’s was everything! Because I’m trying to cut back on dairy, I substituted the heavy cream with heavy coconut milk and used vegan cream cheese, and it was stellar! I also used cilantro rice instead of mashed potatoes! I’ve saved this to my “Meals” playlist. Thank you for this!

This looks so delicious. I have catfish on hand so may be using that instead of salmon. I think if I need to thicken my sauce, I will add a lil cream cheese and sprinkle finished product with fresh parmasean cheese (yes, I love cheese lol especially with heavy whipping cream)

I tried making this and my presentation wasn’t the best because I burnt the asparagus in the air fryer 😂😭 but everything else was delicious. I cook shrimp alot and have found that using tongs to turn and remove from the pan work better than any other utensil. I don't like salmon, but would love to try this with a different fish. This looks delicious!
