The dancers in this number were mainly from the Ballet Russes. Per WB casting files, Vi is played by Miladia Milanova (dubbed by Anne Brown) and Joe by Willard Van Simons (dubbed by Harry Stockwell)

I'll take blue mary blues 🎶, hold the blackface 😂. Does feel like french blackface with the guy in the striped shirt. It does surprise me how they just call on assignment nowadays when they need the tribe (ie Amber Midthunder) or blacks/quotas, usually lgbt spliced.
