Black fire makes solar fire energy but that fire was removed and given to star fire. She and starfire both have super strength and speed Starfire blue powers are starbolt energy basically more concentrated solar power Raven has magic pretty much her half demon powers giving her shadow abilities Donna is half Amazon so she’s a weaker Wonder Woman and that sums up that more confusing people lol

she's done good feats in the comics. In Red Hood and the Outlaws (2011) Starfire helps Blackfire to fight the Blights back on Tamaran and even asks Starfire to rule with her, but as much as she wants to, she couldn't because of her friends back on Earth. They've basically settled much of their differences, at least in that issue.

I used to watch Teen Titans and Teen Titans go and I never got to watch the origins of Starfire and Blackfire's powers (I always assumed they were just born with them) so my question is to an actual expert. Their powers are called starbolts, it's technically a bright fire, starfire's powers in the show are exactly the same in the comics where she first appeared, it's eather shown to be pink/purple light or fire, teen titans show gave starfire and blackfire different colors, green and purple, and it became popular so that's why we mostly see those collors on them, it's basically the same powers just looks different P.s my fav is starfires Pink starbolts and blackfires flames just like in Outlaws comics

It’s like they glance at the image of a character and decide to skim their bios on some Wiki page under the mindset of “I can make this better”. They also turned Star Fires people into a group of Alien Wakandans just so they could feel “inclusive” but still absolutely refuse to bring in the actual black titan Cyborg into the show. Star fire was born first with no powers. Then black fire was born and the parents transferred black fired power of fire into star fire. When starfire was healing black fire she took her powers back. Few episodes later starfire protects tamaran woman and baby and unlocks her power which is blue

To be fair…they’re basing her more off original comic Starfire who has a completely different personality from the cartoons. Starfire’s powers here are also accurate until that weird blue thing that did. Kory takes in solar energy and turns it into fire blasts…she got the name Starfire because of it when humans say her abilities Titans is pretty spot on here she just doesn’t fly despite doing it once.. The show still sucks but power wise Kory is mostly accurate

In the comics blackfires attire is extremely close to this one but with more detail. And they did switch up the storyline a bit but blackfires powers were purple/black but the man that held her hostage stripped them from her so she had to regain them but ended up taking her original powers she wielded from birth back from Starfire. This is a more modern and mature interpretation not a teen Titans remake
