Its a paddleboard. Safe when the current is mild. Thanks for watching.

nice video, your not worried about eating them out of NY harbor?

I'm very concerned but one fish in a year should be ok. I wouldn't touch any fish north of where i fish though. I'm at the mouth of the Hudson where the water quality is surprisingly decent due to lack of traffic with the pandemic going on. BTW, I drove over the areas you fish many times. keep up the good work.

@@GillsNThrillsFishing haha, Yea that makes sense. I know you're still not supposed to eat much from the Hudson still but that cold Atlantic water at the mouth should be good. Awesome, yea thanks man, likewise! It's been a better fall than summer for me out here.

@@PeterRanieriII if you read the health guidelines they don't make any distinction between the Harbor, Raritan Bay and the Western Sound. The problem is entirely PCBs and Dioxin from upstate that has spread through the entire system, not sewage or other city related pollution. I eat porgy and fluke here but keep blues and bass to a minimum. Note that tog are not on the list. www.health.ny.gov/environmental/outdoors/fish/health_advisories/regional/new_york_city.htm#lower
