The table and shuffleboard are stunning. They blend in so well with the house. I liked seeing the table with the light shining on it. The sunlight brought out a lot of character. I would like to see video exposes of each of your coworkers. We see them all the time but don't get to know them. Just a short 2 - 3 minute video about how they got into this business, what their goals are etc... You could tack it on the end of your regular videos.

That’s the most beautiful shuffleboard table I’ve ever seen and probly the nicest one EVER created!! Well done guys!! The frame construction with all the dowels is quite impressive in its own right as well! That table will still be standing as it is today, 100 years from now with that level of construction.

You guys should look into getting some GRABOs. They can lift a couple of hundred pounds easily, so you would need several for large pieces, but they make moving stuff much easier. I got one for my shop and I use it to easily move full sheets of plywood and other heavy objects with a flat surface. It gives you an instant handle.

Awesome stuff as usual!! Dillon u guys should invest in some hump straps, one guy on each side holding one end of a strap, 4 or 5 guys on each side!! I think it would be easier and safer for your backs and the furniture, That table looked heavy!!

I like the design of the table legs, but was the intent to be able to see the paint brush marks in them? I was really surprised, when I saw that. Nice table top though, nice design.

When the table is heavy there really isn't an easy way to do it. Just muscle up and lay out some blankets and all hands on deck. Did that once with a 4'6"x 9' piece of granite and 5 of us, luckily the base I made was self standing so we just had to man handle the top. Wasn't fun but got it done.

How did you protect the resin on the shuffle board from the sand? Is the plan just to polish out the scratching from time to time? I would think even the ceramic polish would not hold up over a period of time. Great table in all ways just curious about upkeep.

looking at you installing this table hurts my eyes! This is not how you should do it! Instead, bring sawhorses which are about 1 inch higher than the legs, set the table top on them, then install the legs from underneath. This way, you wont have to flip the table, which is 90% of the times an accident happen: if there is a left over piece of wood or metal on the ground, it will destroy the side of the table. Happened to me once with a ziptie.
