I absolutely love the idea that Alastor when alive wore shoes with deer hoof marks on the soles. Because when he murders people it wouldn’t leave a normal shoe print, but deer prints instead, making it seem that the killer had somehow not left their prints at all, and that some deer just eventually approached the body (deer will approach carcasses to nibble on them and for their bones, as it’s free nourishment). This ended up eventually backfiring because hunters ended up tracking those “deer prints”, leading to them shooting Alastor thinking he was a deer from it being dark, a secluded place where people aren’t usually there, and him being far away.

I know part of Alastor’s lore is that he was a famous radio host! So it’s possible that while the guy doesn’t personally know him, that he knows of him and was willing to go with him in hopes of going on air with him as a “guest star” Probably how he lured a lot of his victims. Promising a spot on his show, but instead ended up getting hunted down in the woods by a psycho with an ax.

I love the idea that Alastor is unlike most serial killers in that he befriends his victims, who are usually sad or lonely, and treating them to a wonderful (last) day. Only to lure them to his home to kill them and take their smile as his trophy.

Honestly, this is the only thing I'm sure isn't canon about Alastor (At least for now) because Viv already said that he acted on his own moral code to choose his victims. So I'm sure he only killed people he considered immoral (In his own twisted patterns). Honestly I don’t think the events that happened in the video are canon, but I do like to think it gives a pretty clear idea of the kind of person Alastor truly is because people on the internet be acting like Alastor is a good person because he only kills certain people but from what we seen here, that doesn’t seem to be the case and from what we seen in the show, it’s pretty clear that Alastor killed just for fun and probably even tortured people for sick satisfaction and he never cares about if who’s innocent or not and that he only cares about whether or not that person will give him satisfaction

Considering Alastor has been stated to have a “weird moral code” and has been compared to Dexter and Hannibal lector, he could either be completely innocent or a genuine bad person, I like to headcanon that he was a vigilante serial killer killing only bad people before he got so caught up in his moral code he started to kill innocents thinking with a angel of death mindset of “I’m saving them before the evil gets to them and corrupts them”, ong tho rip boater hat guy he did not deserve that 😭
