could´t agree more... my dad bought this album when i was like three and loved his voice. It was very hard to get a hold of Blackhawks music here in Sweden he had to import their album "Blackhawk" and the first song "Goodbye says it all" will always be imprinted in my memory :)

I was listening to Spotify last week. I normally listen to rock/metal, but decided to play some old school country and this song came on. Reminded me of my early days in the Navy hanging w/ my country buddies at the E-Club on the base. Loved this song and still do to this day!

I had this song stuck in my head this morning probably because my gf and I are travelers and are moving camp to a new spot today. Anyway, I was also in the Navy and remember this song from the radio, so I looked up the band and was reminded just how fast time flies. One member passed away and the lead singer is 72 years old. Wow, does it seem like yesterday.

I love listening to them acoustic because you can really hear Dave Robbins' keyboard skills. I think the plugged versions, you don't hear them as well. He's so talented as is the rest of the band. R.I.P. Van
