Mulligan is a surprisingly good interview. His stories are great, he has a good vocabulary, and doesn't drop f-bombs all over. Either he or someone in the crew remembers all the names. Thanks for the great clip at the end.

I was pleasantly surprised by his regular guy non cursing quiet type of interview. Also very clearheaded - I ain’t dissing wrestlers but some boys take 20 minutes to tell a twenty second story:) RIP 😊

Watching BJ as heel US Heavyweight Champ in Mid Atlantic Wrestling was incredible. He used to drive by a bowling alley on his way to Greenville Memorial Auditorium in his black Ford truck. We would wait at the end of the parking lot for him to drive by and he would toot his horn and wave at us. As a kid it was a big deal, great memories. When we got our driver's licenses, we went every Monday night to watch him and the other great talents there.

The funniest ever hour of wrestling was when Ric Flair tore up the hat that Blackjack got from Waylon Jennings and Blackjack tore up Flair's Richard the Lionhearted green robe

I miss Black Jack. He was always my favorite wrestler. I saw many live matches oh him fighting Ernie Ladd, John Studd, Masked Superstar, Baron Von Rashki, Ric Flair and Wahoo McDaniel.

Exactly...if these guys were fighting for real, the fight would be over in 3 minutes. And after the fight, they'd never to be healthy enough to be wrestling the next night, like they did back then,- they'd be out of action for 3 or 4 weeks healing up - or in a hospital.

Big Machine vs Super Machine. You never hear anyone say anything negative about Bill Eadie, except for Thunderbolt Patterson and maybe Ole.

There’s a shoot interview of Brickhouse Brown in which he talks about the female celebrities he’s slept/partied with and he also mentions Bill Eadie screwing Pat Patterson!

I saw Blackjack Mulligan several times in Indianapolis when he and Jack Lanza were The Blackjacks, managed by the one and only "Pretty Boy" Bobby Heenan. The six man tag match with the Blackjacks and Heenan vs Bruiser, Crusher and Little Bruiser is a classic with a stunning ending.

I remember Blackjack Mulligan as one of those cool heels that i loved to hate. His matches against Paul Jones for the US title and his short feud with Ric Flair were epic

This came out of the Hat and Robe angle with Flair. Superstar was the first to go after the bounty Flair put out on BJ. Superstar later left for Georgia and then he started a storyline with Baron Von Raschke.

All of the Windham folks are real people. Blackjack has my respect, he went toe to toe with Andre both fighting and drinking. And you don't hear resentment about it . Its one thing to fight it's a whole different deal not to hold a grudge.

I know it’s a work but I was always under the impression that a cage match there was no time limit or no disqualification.

Mulligan told a good, homespun story, but he slips in and out of kayfabe a lot. He and Eadie were probably great matches, as Eadie was a top talent and could work with anyone. Wonder how many know they were the Big Machine and Super Machine in WWF, with Andre as Giant Machine?
