I saw Deep Purple and Rainbow live many times. Never did I see Ritchie having as much fun as he has with Candace. Say what you will about the moody man in black but his guitar playing has only improved over the years. Who knows how long we will get to keep Ritchie, he is 74 now. All I know is, as famous as he is, he is still vastly underappreciated by the music industry and the casual music fan.

Fantastic! Any time I see Mr.Blackmore I think about Deep Purple, well last nite Deep Purple finally got in to Rock N Roll hall of fame, induction was in New York city but here in Cleveland OH, we had simulcast on big screens and we were welcoming DP and other bands in to hall of fame!

Fantastic! 😁 Medieval rock’n’roll! 😎❤️ Bought the album yesterday, although it’s been on my list for a long time. I first heard of it on a Classical radio-station, believe it or not - program was called Pulling Strings (shout-out to Elaine Kennedy! 😁). The featured artist on that particular show was Ritchie Blackmore, and among others they played “Possum Goes to Prague” - I was hooked, immediately 😎🎶👸🏻!

Loved Deep Purple, Rainbow and have only recently discovered Blackmores Night. I think it is really different and refreshing. I love them . Ritchie is Brilliant and Candice beautiful with a great voice. Oh and the songs are good too.

I would add this: Not only he absolutely has a right to change his music, it is infact a very challenging move even by the man of his statute but it is also very refreshing. Many prominent artists have tried it and faded into oblivion. I think (judging by his body language on the stage) that he has found his peace, other benefits to a wide audience that would've otherwise never listenewith to this music nonwithstanding. He should be applaued, not criticized

I'll tell you something else about my personal guitar hero from the time I was very young - he was NEVER happy during the Purple years. I'm not saying he was suicidal or anything, but he didn't like the life. He was angry in interviews, angry on stage, and sure, he was brilliant but today, you can tell he loves this music. He loves playing and enjoys the audience again. He hated playing for drunken losers, hated people screaming out while he played softly. Good for him. I'm delighted for him.

I can't get enough of them. I grew up with DP.I like all kinds of music. This is some Really Good Shit! Very refreshing,Real music, Real musicianship, and Real fun. Plus the blond is Really Hot.
