In my version of this fight, the T-rex continuously danced around to the music instead of engaging me, and I had to whittle down his health with the pistols. I swear it took about 20 minutes.

change the settings from manual fight mode to advanced toggle. She has to FOCUS on his head always. then press D +shift when he attacks then wait a lot and shoot when 2 circles appears, if they became 1 RED circle shoot! (problem is people didnt wait this.. and circles comes when T rex literally at lara''s feet)

(make lara to stand the correct spot doesnt matter as i saw)
