9:00 Heres my theory: I think every 2 rounds is 2 weeks which will mean that everytime Private Hastings dies, that explosion he makes must be like a panic button which probably sends him back in time to go back to the testing he was doing and get telported to the moon again, kinda like a cycle. (Hopefully this theory isn't confusing)

I think it's more like a paradox, meaning that every time the player kills the astronaut, time restarts as If you didn't kill "it" but the player is unaffected. Thus, the astronaut respawns infinitely because time keeps reiterating the moment where the astronaut was teleported throughout space and time, making the astronaut immortal.

I really do not like the idea that the astronaut just some random American is. My idea was that was many of the nazi scientist turned to a zombie, that is why the name of your friends appear on it. It was one of richtofens fellow scientist but now the name is red as if it is an enemy I.e. zombified. It also explains why he keeps comming back, it is just a completely new zombie in an astronaut suit. How it teleports I can't explain but neither is him teleporting you or himself away.

If you look at a certain angle in BO1 you can see it's a zombie inside the suit you can see the zombies face. Back when I first played moon back in 2012 2013 I always thought the astronauts was Neil Armstrong. George A Romero and the astronaut I never really attack. The astronaut I will if it gets in my way or steals a perk but other than that I leave them be cuz if I'm on solo it's nice to have company also when my friend passed I played moon again before I got kicked offline I wait til his name appears and I wont bother the astronaut sadly I distroyed it when I was fighting a ton of zombies. My friend and I played alot of world at war we played nacht cuz the other maps the zombies were too fast but, at least my friend will live on especially in my cod zombies game with that gamer tag above the astronauts head BO2 I wish had the same results like zombie richtofen had a gamer tag above his head and was like a boss or arthur having a gamer tag above his head. That would've been cool.

He is definitely hastings. I bet you he had heard that recording at somepoint too. Since there is a hidden action you can get the astronaught to do by chance where he starts dancing in place on bo1. Basically playing with our minds. I think there was likely a rift in time when he teleported causing him to repeatedly be teleported again and again to another spot in time. Likely the other astronaughts you kill are just variations of him that arrive at different points in time. Thats why he spawns every new round. Some time has passed even just a little. That means another version of him can come through a time rift. The real him has probably been shattered across the time stream do its no longer even whole. Thats also why its so hard to get him to do the dance. Its likely it has to be that exact point in time he learns about that recording or around then so he starts dancing in response. Its to mock the dr. that sent him there. Its also likely that this was before he was killed by zombies. Hence why he wont attack you while doing it. After he is done absolutely he will. Which means he was probably attacked and killed by the zombies while dancing or right after. This also kind of explains the whole headbutting instead of biting thing. He could be reinacting how he headbutt a zombie who attacked him. More than likely though its just him trying to bite you but cannot due to the helmet. Hence why he just siphons your perk from you. If the perks were created using element 115 type science than it makes sense in a way how he could maybe siphon it similar to how the ghosts in mob of the dead can power machines by electricuting them with their atherial energy or how that one richtoven powered the machine with his blood in bo4s blood of the dead.

Both are right. When you play Nuketown an explosion occurs beforehand by Broken Arrow which lead to the zombie's outbreak. As you play Nuketown you hear the moon easter egg going on at the same time. And as you die you see the missile sent from moon hitting Nuketown.

Do you think that the campaign storyline is part of the zombies storyline ( for example, the ray gun and thunder gun in bo1, the zombie on the catwalk in the secret ending in bo2, Mason seeing a hudson turning into a zombie in bo1, and Victor Reznov finding parts or blueprints for the ray gun MK3.
