Hey wait a minute, I think the rendbreaker might be Blackouts interpretation/implementation of a chainsaw suggestion that was made in the suggestions channel of the Blackout Discord Server, with said suggestion having been made in May. Six even commended on the suggestion saying “Very cool maybe next update.” Of course this could just be a coincidence and I’m onto nothing, but I feel like it would make sense tbh
