[Ingredients]
Eggs 150g
Sugar 300g
Coconut Milk 300ml
Pandan Leaves 5 pcs
Caramel 50g

Crack the eggs into the bowl
Pour sugar into the bowl
Pour in coconut milk

Mix the ingredients gently to avoid foaming
Sieve and crush the residue particles
Pour into a porcelain container
02:56 How To Double Boil The Ingredients
Put in the pandan leaves
Double boil in water between 70 and 80 degrees for 2 hours
Stir every 15 minutes

Heat 50g of white sugar into caramel
Pour in the caramel and mix well
04:52 Letting The Kaya Cool
After 2 hours, remove the pandan leaves
After cooling, pour it in a clean container
Can last 1 to 2 months if stored in the refrigerator
05:48 How To Make Butter Kaya Toast
Peel off the crust of the bread pillow and slice it into 4 pieces
Bake the bread slices in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 minutes on each side
Apply kaya and add thick slices of butter
Done

鸡蛋 150g
糖 300g
椰奶 300ml
斑斓叶 5 pcs
焦糖 50g

隔筛,把渣粒压碎
倒进瓷容器

用70~80度之间隔水煮 2 小时
每 15 分钟开盖搅拌

把 50g 的白糖煮溶成为焦糖
倒进焦糖拌匀

2小时过后夹走斑斓叶
晾凉后可以放进干净容器
保存在电冰箱可以耐 1~2 个月
05:48 做牛油 kaya toast
面包枕去皮后一开四
面包片放进烤箱 200 度每面烤 2 分钟
涂上 kaya ,放上厚片牛油
完成

excellent method for more hands free and no need to constantly stir on stovetop. I thought pouring the hot caramel into the kaya will curdle it, but turns out it doesn't, interesting.

If you pour the hot caramel into the kaya in the beginning of the double boil, it will curdle. If you add at the last 15 minutes, it will be ok.
