m8 you need to use the Regera. Up the RPM Range, increase the grip but stay realistic (i think 4 is too much, try 3 or 2) and you should have your new fastest car

Please consider doing these speed runs on the SONIC race. Reason being, THERE IS NO TRAFFIC. And the races are extra long so you really get a chance to get the full potential of the car. But the traffic and the constant crashing really gets annoying.
