Many cars in The Crew franchise are made by Kunos Simulazioni (Assetto Corsa devs), this Mustang is one of them if I'm not mistaken.

I think in the Crew your point of having just the base versions is fine because ultimately it will have similar performance but in any other game, a C7 Corvette, fully upgraded will not be able to match a fully upgraded C7 ZR1. Which is how it is in real life. Sure you could build from a 911 Carerra but why not start building a Turbo S? It has infinitely more potential. Another example would be a 340i being different from a M3 B58 vs S58. The new Z06 has a completely different engine from the base C8 Stingray. But admittedly the Mustang Dark Horse is not that much different from a loaded up Mustang GT.

Yes, the charger does! The challenger is Dead, the charger is not too bad visually, but I hope I6 Twin Turbo version is way lighter than the previous gen chargers, that's there only hope 4200-5000lb performance car is so circa 2007.

They added ir because Ford wss open to giving the licence, literally the top 3 arcade games got it, 1st NFS Unbound ( idk why u dont mention it, bur i guess its Forza players thing ), then FH5 where it had less customization than the normal GT variant and then here in Motorfest

One thing games really should start doing is giving you the base model of a car, and then letting you upgrade that car with some upgrade presets or just normal customization so you can make different trims of that car. It would make the games have more customization and you would have less useless cars.
