You should look up the analysis of a priest whose sister was a double major at Oxford and she breaks down what all the symbolism means in this music video. At the beginning is the torso and wings of the Greek goddess Nike that's often placed in front of medieval theaters. The way they showed scenes of them under sea and dark "underworld" and the funeral. This is the story infused with Persephone, Hades' wife, with the different seasons also showcased in the video, and the story of Arachne, with the spider themes. You see the umbrellas and such too. Then there's the Trojan horse at the end. It's crazy the amount of effort put into not only Kpop music videos, but their training in dance, music, history, languages, etc. usually starting in their preteen years that people miss in this. It's not just to look pretty.
