I been a loyal fan of YG for years and the fact this was the second girl group after 2NE1 to debut was a double hit for me. I loved 2NE1 and I love BLACKPINK. It was really emotional to see. I watched the documentary yesterday and I love them even more now. It's the first time I saw Lisa's audition piece too. I hope people won't make it a big deal that she looks a little different awhile back. Lisa is the happy pill and the energizer of the group and I love her more now. I'm just furious when Jisoo said she was called ugly and a "monkey" when she was younger. It feels great to see that they have dreams already when they were as young as 16 and now they are living with what they dreamed of and their years of hardwork pays off. The documentary is great all in all.

I cried during the whole documentary. I'm really proud of what they became, our Queens. So amazing ! I loved this documentary!!! Seeing them be vulnerable and showing how they are not always perfect makes them even MORE IMPRESSIVE!!! Haters always pointed out that Blackpink or other YG artist has the easy way to gain success once they debuted because they came from YG Entertainment. Well, take a step back. First, U’ve to pass audition to become YG trainee. 2nd, u’ve to pass monthly evaluation to become the best among the best trainee that will be put in A class, B class or C class. The most stand out trainee mostly the chosen one. 3rd, u’ve got to be patient, mostly physically and emotionally has to be stable because most of the time their debut timing got pushed back, a lot of trainee at this time being dropped or left. 4th, YG has certain level of standard for their trainees. Its easy to being drop out, but its difficult to stay and get chosen. Yang Hyun Suk, founder of YGE once stated, company will give and provide u everything, from comfort to luxury, place to stay, food to eat, comfortable work place, professional people to teach u dancing, singing, languages, fashion, how to make a song, write a song, only u’ve got to do is show ur progress, work extra harder, being the best among the best, be stand out and show determination. Being the longest trainee doesn’t guarantee u can debut. YGE invest a lot of money on their trainees and no paid back. Thats is why one of the reason people like to become YG trainee.
