Miss Manoban is a very, VERY smart and hard working young woman, so no surprises she is a straight A student! That she is driving her students hard is because she has the knowledge of what they could be doing, and ability to lead by example - if they don't have the drive and abilities needed to reach her level, or close to it, then they need to work on it or quit. Miss Manoban has high expectations, but nothing she isn't capable of, herself.

This may be the only chance to see Lisa's seriousness, 🤣but Lisa is very strict with herself in the aspect of stage. She has her own standard of measurement, because she knows that the practice is very tired, and she needs to be more strict with the trainees. To be honest, the standards of China and South Korea's women's league are really far away. I sincerely hope that the trainees can learn some dry goods from Lisa. Lisa's dance is really Top class, it's a real honor for the trainees

As far as I'm aware, China doesn't have the same hothouse training system that Korea has. It's more like everywhere else.
@user-dx2ts6xu5g4 жыл бұрын
Channy Whocares Chinese women's troupe is really different from Korean women's troupe. Korean women's troupe is very difficult to make their debut. At least they have to practice for five or six years. It's true that they have to train since childhood and rely on their own efforts to make their debut. In China, some trainees only train for one or two months or even can come to the talent show without training. It's just for the sake of fame, but I'm not talking about all of them There are people who work hard. The domestic women's troupe began to receive variety shows, start filming and so on, just to increase the exposure. Each member of the South Korean women's league can have the ability of solo, but in this respect, the domestic and South Korean market are different. If Lisa really chooses people according to YG criteria, maybe not even B.

she is not pissed actually :3 I love Lisa like this tbh. Max of the kpop artists specially female kpop artists are taught a lot of cutesy stuff & aegyo to attract the audience & viewers. but I love it how Lisa isn't trying to be all cute & lovely.she's not afraid of loosing fandoms or anything for not acting with aegyo. she's being exactly how a mentor or teacher should be. if a teacher is not strict & doesn't point out everything clearly students will never ever learn. Respect her for that.

She didn’t show up to just be a “celebrity” she is really taking her role as a “mentor” we all know the BP didn’t achieve there success right now without going through a tough and harsh process, and she learned from that that’s why she is helping these girls to have improvements, to be better idk why a lot of people hate her for this ghad! OPEN YOUR MINDS!
@angelika78314 жыл бұрын
No hate at all, but I don't understand why so many people praise her for being sooo strict. I mean it's good that she's helping them but it's not necessary to scold some girls that way. Imagine only beginning dancing and hear from your idol "you keep messing up" "i have no comments" "what are you doing" and so on. Blackpink themselves do so many mistakes even tho they trained for so many years. All I'm saying is that stop praising everything she does just because she's your idol, she should talk nicer AT LEAST

true. I've been on a dance competition and dance training before and it was even more brutal than this. When one made a mistake, we all had to do it again. If the mistakes reach a specific number, we all get physical punishments. And the dance was hella hard and not as easy as this even. The haters who bash her over this haven't experienced this yet and don't know Lisa is actually nicer than most. Our dance leaders literally scream and curse at us when it isn't done right.

I'm a freelance choreographer/ dance mentor in my school and i train them like this too, because as a mentor if we became soft hearted to the students they will think that its okay if they do it wrong thats why i understand lisa, we really have to be tough for them to became serious on what they do.
@lalislaymanobanblackpink11554 жыл бұрын
I've been through this before, I can't dance well and my dance teacher scolded me for being the only one who messed up! I'm crying over that and want to give up but somehow after the practice the dance teacher came to me and told me to learn more, and didn't give up on it, so I keep on trying until I did it, I did my performance with my team, and now I believe Lisa did the right things on teaching them😊
@stuffno30584 жыл бұрын
Me too, well not in the dancing aspect, but I used to be in martial arts. I remembered I was in a class with students who ages 5-14 years old. My martial arts teacher's assistant was so strict. If one kid messes up the form, he would make the whole class start over, do 20 pushups, etc. He would yell at kids a lot of times. It was very stressful and very tiring. There were times when some little kids cried because of his strictness. But at the end of the day, I am very grateful because we learned self-discipline and self-improvement. I also believe Lisa did the right thing too!

When she said “what’s wrong with you”, in Thai the meaning is quite soft. It means like “what’s happening?” Thai people says it all the time. It doesn’t have that harsh meaning. I think she is just not fluent and awared that this phrase is quite mean in English. The same for “you keep messing up” I think the agency should train her English more so she knows the exact meaning of these phrases.

I don't understand why it shocks so many people that Lisa is strict in practically 4 years of career she never made any missteps. She has always been perfect in all areas. Lisa has always been the most smiling and it's not because she's necessarily happy it's just professionalism. So it doesn't surprise me that she is a perfectionist and she must surely be very hard with herself just to see her journey since she is young she has always given herself thoroughly. She always pushes her limits to be the best. A truly admirable journey, the first on 4000 in auditions in Thailand after she arrives in a foreign country where she is trained by the best teachers in one of the strictest agencies, knowing that in addition she did not know how to speak Korean at all she had to adapt to learn as quickly as possible and despite everything as Jennie said in an interview that when she was trained "Lisa always got an A for everything", it simply means that Lisa was always at the top of their monthly evaluations, whether it was dancing, rapping , compose or sing. She is truly incredible, she is not human.

The fact the their trainee journey arent broadcasted on tv so it means its not unfiltered, they have no scripts and lines to follow and the fact that yg belongs to the big 3 which makes it a lot more harder but she still survived even with those struggles like language barriers and cultures.
