Didn’t Lisa say she had dance practice from four to midnight and then she would stay by herself to around 4 am working on things. That’s why being the greatest of all time is not fantasy and why she would expect more than 100% from others!

In this program ( in CHINA) they not allowed KOREAN speaking on CHINESE TV. She was speaking ENGLISH & THAI on this TV SHOW but the trainees used CHINESE so they had interpreters behind the camera.

Lisa had already been dancing for 10 years and was competing before becoming a trainee. Yet she still constantly would go above and beyond to practice everything. I have so much respect for her.

can you check out the Lalisa documentary? it will tell you a more about where Lisa came from and how challenging her journey to success has been, you were right about how hard work trumps talent, and that's something Lisa lives by and has mentioned before, but the thing with Lisa is that she has both, along with humility and a positive mindset, I think that's why she's as big as she is today.

What people need to understand is in real life there are no prizes just for showing up. There will always be people who show up & work hard but most importantly will work hard to improve & if your expectation is to be rewarded at the same level b%c you are you & showed up then you'll remain the kid in class for the past 2-3 decades, part of "there are no winners or losers" and "everyone gets a trophy" but now 20s 30s 40s blaming parents, society or people from places w/ different work ethics. While some things contribute, it is you as a person living your life. You can show up, but if that glass slipper doesn't fit, you won't marry the prince. so, what skills do you have for plan B.? No one has to shame or name call to motivate as it has its own counterproductive impacts but hard truths & constructive praise as Lisa demonstrated is the best mix. Appreciate those giving their time & learn to grow.

Youth With You (season 2) was one of the best competition shows I have ever seen. It was aired right at the beginning of the pandemic and Lisa had to fly to China for the filming.

If I'm not mistaken, this show is in Chinese and Lisa spoke in Chinese.
