I love seeing you and Anna have an open mind and embrace and enjoy the things that Andy loves, like trains, lifts, and penny pushers. As an autistic adult, who was obviously once an autistic child, some of my fondest memories are when my mom tried to "join me in my world" for a little while and match my excitement for something.

So glad you had a good time! I can definitely relate to being happy about a kid being happy. Just returned from a one day trip to Sea Museum with my kids. 4 years ago one of my boys was just terrified and unhappy there. This time he actually enjoyed it. I spent most of the dolphin show just looking at his happy face. People sometimes just take things for granted.( I did) Simple things like being able to go to a shop or museum or a trip to the seaside. So every time things go smoothly, it is a good day. And if the kids not just endure, but even enjoy the trip - it makes us so happy!

blackpool pleasure beach is great. Ive loved it since i since i was a little kid great place. Just wanted to say that in year 6 i sat next to an autistic boy and i understand the trouble and hardwork you can go through its so amazing that you can do youtube and take care of an amazing child. keep up the good work!

Went on the 27th of June with my school. It was good but the weather made it amazing. Usually if I go the weather is horrible. We didn’t really have a long time to wait to get onto rides, the only massive wait we had was for icon. But it was worth it. Way worth it.

I haven't been on the pleasure beach in years. It was still pay per ride. I don't ride any of the coasters though...way too high. The hotel you passed on the little train was The Big Blue Hotel. Looks like Andy had fun again in The Premier Inn. Great Vlog!! :)

you do get EG services down south there's one on the M3. EG are very rare there's only about 7 of them across the whole country

You should try to get Andy over to Drayton manor. They have a thomas land and i believe they have an Autism day for kids with Autism and the music is quiter. The park is near Alton towers.They also do an awesome christmas event there too!

Because he is Austistic so he isn't used to long holidays and changes in routine. I know that because my brother has Aspergers and I have Dyspraxia not as much as Andy here but if anything changes in our day to day lives without us knowing about it before hand, it DOES throw us a bit. You do REALLY NEED patience with people like us.

I'm assuming that the reason Andy couldn't watch his videos in the hotel is because he wouldn't let you touch his iPad to connect it to hotel WiFi? If so I'm just wondering if it would help Andy to enjoy hotels and time away from home better if you got him a sim card to go in his iPad so when he isn't using your home WiFi he could still connect to the internet without you needing to touch the settings on his iPad? Loved all the Blackpool videos :-)

We actually added him to the hotel Wi-fi and he just turned it straight off. We also tried hot-spotting him to Anna’s phone and he turned that off too. His iPad can’t take a SIM card, but it’s something we’ll definitely be considering for his next one!

Kevin Chapman ah OK I didn't realise not all iPads could take sim cards (technology isn't my strong point! :-) ) good plan to try it in future if he gets a new one though. Perhaps if was already in it when he got it then it wouldn't bother him it being in there. Its a shams he wouldn't use the WiFi or hotspot but I guess because he knows something is different than usual it would unsettle him.
